Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor master project schedules, zoning strategies, and look-ahead plans to ensure timely project delivery, optimal resource utilization, and financial efficiency.

• Apply project planning tools and methodologies, including zoning strategies, resource leveling, and periodic progress tracking, with effective corrective action mechanisms.

• Ensure all project milestones are achieved in line with the approved schedule.

• Verify that on-site progress aligns with contractors’ invoices to enhance delivery performance, avoid penalties, and ensure accurate financial control.

• Support alignment between project execution and the company’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in project planning.

• Previous experience with a real estate developer is preferred.

• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.

• Excellent analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
