Tendering & Procurement Associate Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and issuing tender documents in alignment with project requirements and company procedures.
Coordinate pre-tender and post-tender activities, including clarifications, addendums, and bid evaluation and price analysis.
Contribute to developing procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and timely delivery.
Participate in negotiations with contractors and suppliers on pricing, terms, and contract conditions to achieve best value and business excellence.
Identify and qualify suppliers, contractors, and vendors to maintain the approved vendor list.
Assist in monitoring project budgets and ensure adherence to target prices.
Analyze market trends and pricing to support optimized procurement decisions.
Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and finance to align procurement activities with project timelines.
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of tenders, contracts, and procurement payments.
Track contractor and supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Proven experience in tendering and procurement within construction or real estate projects.
6-10 Years of Experience.
Strong knowledge of tendering processes, contract terms, and procurement strategies.
Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
