Job Summary:

The Quality Control Section Head is responsible for managing QA/QC activities at the SLR project, ensuring that all work complies with Hassan Allam Properties’ quality standards. The role includes reviewing quality procedures, conducting audits, and ensuring smooth project handover of all segments and units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage QA/QC activities at the SLR project.

• Review all quality processes and procedures implemented by contractors and consultants.

• Conduct project quality audits and follow up on corrective actions.

• Ensure that the quality level of completed units matches Hassan Allam Properties’ high standards.

• Ensure smooth handing over of project segments and units.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture).

• +12 years of experience.

• Proven experience in QA/QC within construction or real estate projects.

• Strong knowledge of quality standards and auditing processes.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
