Job Summary:

The Quality Control Associate Manager is responsible for overseeing all QA/QC activities at the SLNX project, ensuring that all construction and finishing works meet Hassan Allam Properties’ high-quality standards. The role involves managing quality processes, conducting audits, and ensuring smooth project handover in alignment with company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all QA/QC activities across the SLNX project.

• Review and evaluate quality processes and procedures implemented by contractors and consultants.

• Conduct regular project quality audits and ensure proper follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure that the quality of completed units aligns with Hassan Allam Properties’ standards and specifications.

• Monitor compliance with approved quality standards, codes, and project requirements.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.

• Ensure a smooth and efficient project handover process, maintaining quality compliance at all stages.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture).

• 12- 15 years of experience.

• Proven experience in QA/QC within construction or real estate projects.

• Strong knowledge of quality standards and auditing processes.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
