Job Purpose:
Lead and manage all MEP activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring effective coordination between design, construction, and operations teams to deliver compliant, efficient, and sustainable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate MEP design development across all project stages.

• Ensure alignment of MEP designs with project requirements, developer standards, and regulatory codes.

• Review and approve design documents, shop drawings, submittals, and technical specifications.

• Coordinate between design consultants, site teams, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor installation quality and compliance with project standards.

• Facilitate coordination between MEP systems and architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.

• Implement quality assurance processes and oversee testing, commissioning, and system validation.

• Review MEP cost estimates and support value engineering initiatives to optimize performance and cost.

• Support procurement through technical evaluations of contractors and suppliers.

• Oversee project handover, including commissioning, documentation, and transition to operations teams.
