IT & DT Technical Support
Job Summary:
The IT & DT Technical Support is responsible for providing technical assistance and support for IT systems, hardware, and software across the organization. The role ensures smooth IT operations, timely issue resolution, and effective maintenance of IT infrastructure and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and office equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and software issues for employees.
Manage and respond to IT support requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and office software.
Support and maintain network connectivity, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet access.
Perform regular site visits to company offices, branches, and properties to resolve technical issues and maintain IT equipment.
Install and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
Maintain IT asset inventory and related documentation.
Ensure system updates, antivirus protection, and security patches are applied.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware maintenance and repairs when necessary.
Provide support for meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and office technology.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
0-2 Years of Experience.
Proven experience in IT technical support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and networking basics.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple requests and work under pressure.
