Property Management Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the building to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all facilities and services.
Ensure that all assigned operational and administrative tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to address repair requests, preventive maintenance activities, and technical issues within the building.
Monitor the overall condition of the facility and report any operational or safety concerns to the relevant departments.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and relevant stakeholders are informed.
Maintain professional communication with tenants, clients, and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Maintain and regularly update building inventory records, including equipment, materials, and supplies.
Support the implementation of health, safety, and operational standards within the building.
Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure efficient service delivery and building management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in facility management, building operations, or a related role.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with tenants, clients, and internal teams.
Ability to handle emergency situations and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and building management processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
