Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare preliminary cost estimates with detailed breakdowns for new projects.

• Develop and update project budgets for ongoing projects to accurately forecast cost at completion.

• Track, monitor, and report actual project costs on a monthly basis, and prepare cost performance reports to evaluate project packages and identify any cost overruns along with their root causes.

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and cost estimations.

• Handle quantity estimation activities for both pre-contract and post-contract phases.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architecture preferred).

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or contracting, preferably within reputable real estate developers (e.g., Sodic, Palm Hills, Marakez, Waterway, Emaar).

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.

• Solid knowledge of cost control and cost estimation techniques.

• Hands-on experience with cost control, Earned Value Management (EVM), budgeting, estimation, change management, planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.

• Ability to analyze project funding requirements and track progress effectively.
