The Program is designed to attract and develop high-potential fresh graduates by providing a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, exposure to real projects, and direct engagement with industry experts across multiple functions within the organization.

⏳ Duration: 3 months

Participants selected for the program are expected to be fully committed throughout the entire 3-month duration, ensuring active participation and maximum learning benefit.
