Sales Operations Senior Specialist
Job Description:
Manage the full sales operations cycle from reservation to contract issuance, ensuring accuracy of transactions and client data on SAP, Axiom, and Salesforce.
Prepare, review, and issue sales contracts, including amendments, annexes, and terminations, while maintaining proper documentation and tracking.
Handle collections posting, refunds, account adjustments, and payment rescheduling in coordination with Finance, ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
Maintain and update unit, client, pricing, and payment data on SAP; generate and verify financial and sales reports.
Support system updates, testing, and ensure data consistency across SAP, CRM, and Finance systems.
Oversee digital and physical archiving of contracts and client records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and CRM teams, support audits, and contribute to process improvements and team support.
