Sales Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support the sales team in identifying and generating new sales leads through networking, referrals, site visits, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
• Guide the team in presenting, promoting, and selling residential and/or commercial properties to prospective clients.
• Ensure the sales team fully understands client requirements and provides suitable property options that meet their needs and budget.
• Monitor and support the team in conducting professional property viewings, site tours, and client meetings.
• Oversee the negotiation process of sales terms and conditions and ensure deals are closed in line with company policies.
• Review and follow up on proposals, offers, and sales documentation prepared by the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, legal, finance, property management, and customer experience to ensure smooth sales transactions.
• Track team performance against sales targets and provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide insights to management and the sales team.
•Ensure the team complies with company standards, brand values, ethical guidelines, and local real estate regulations.
• Support the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies and achieving departmental objectives.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Work Experience: 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Good time management, organization, and follow-up skills.
