Non-technical Procurement Senior Specialist
Job Summary:
The Senior Specialist – Non-Technical Procurement is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement cycle for non-technical requirements, including FM services, furniture, equipment, and general supplies. The role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, and full compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full procurement cycle for non-technical requirements.
Review and validate purchase requests (PRs) in line with company policies.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best value.
Manage RFQs/tenders, including issuance, evaluation, and recommendation.
Issue purchase orders (POs) and contracts in accordance with approved terms.
Maintain and update a strong supplier database.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on scope, budgets, and timelines.
Drive cost-saving initiatives through market benchmarking and effective negotiations.
Ensure proper documentation and accurate utilization of SAP systems.
Monitor procurement performance against KPIs such as savings, cycle time, and supplier reliability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Proven experience in non-technical procurement.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and negotiation.
Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
