The Feasibility Studies Lead Manager is responsible for evaluating the viability and profitability of real estate development projects through market research, financial analysis, and strategic assessment. The role supports decision-making by providing comprehensive feasibility studies and development scenarios aligned with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct feasibility studies for new real estate projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality sectors.

-Analyze market trends, supply and demand, pricing benchmarks, and competitor projects.

-Coordinate with design, commercial, finance, and technical teams to evaluate project assumptions and development potential.

-Assess project risks, opportunities, and regulatory considerations.

-Develop highest and best use recommendations for land and development opportunities.

-Present feasibility reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
