Senior Admin Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution
Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal departments, clients, and external partners.
Coordinate executive meetings, events, and conferences.
Maintain effective communication and ensure timely responses to inquiries
Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
Handle expense reports, invoices, and other administrative processes.
Monitor deadlines and ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
Support the preparation of business reports and presentations.
Follow up with departments to track progress and ensure deliverables are achieved.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in executive administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
