Senior Network Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Network Engineer to join our Technology & Digital Transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the organization's network infrastructure across multiple locations, ensuring high availability, security, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple sites and locations.
Perform site visits to oversee network implementations, upgrades, and operational activities.
Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve network, connectivity, and security-related issues in a timely manner.
Manage and monitor firewall configurations, VPN connectivity, and network access controls.
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) established with vendors and service providers.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to support network operations and project delivery.
Implement and maintain network security measures to protect organizational assets and data.
Support and maintain wireless network infrastructure and connectivity solutions.
Manage and support voice communication systems and contact center solutions.
Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations for network enhancements and infrastructure improvements.
Technical Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls.
Strong knowledge of Cisco Switching technologies.
Experience managing enterprise network environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Requirements
Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls.
Strong knowledge of Aruba Switches and Aruba Wi-Fi Solutions.
Experience with Cisco Voice and Contact Center Systems.
Experience with VPN technologies, Access Control Systems, and CCTV solutions.
Experience in vendor management and SLA monitoring.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure support.
Professional certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Aruba Certifications, or Palo Alto Certifications are highly preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across different locations.
