Sales Supervisor
• Supervise and support the sales team in identifying and generating new sales leads through networking, referrals, site visits, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
• Guide the team in presenting, promoting, and selling residential and/or commercial properties to prospective clients.
• Ensure the sales team fully understands client requirements and provides suitable property options that meet their needs and budget.
• Monitor and support the team in conducting professional property viewings, site tours, and client meetings.
• Oversee the negotiation process of sales terms and conditions and ensure deals are closed in line with company policies.
• Review and follow up on proposals, offers, and sales documentation prepared by the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, legal, finance, property management, and customer experience to ensure smooth sales transactions.
• Track team performance against sales targets and provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide insights to management and the sales team.
• Ensure the team complies with company standards, brand values, ethical guidelines, and local real estate regulations.
• Support the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies and achieving departmental objectives.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Work Experience: 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
Good time management, organization, and follow-up skills.
