• Prepare the basis of assumptions related to All divisions.

• Responsible for the Market survey and Suppliers offer.

• Review Cost breakdown.

• Review BOQ and pricing based on approved and reviewed items breakdown.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 6 to 8 years

• Education Level: Architect or Civil Engineering Bachelor's Degree

• Background: Contractor Tendering.

Technical Job Requirements

• Sound experience of ACAD and Rivet for Quantity surveying purposes.

• Good knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and planning.

• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.

• Working knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.

• Sound ICT skills, with a good level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Clear understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.
