Job Purpose:

Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing real estate investment opportunities that support Hassan Allam Properties' strategic growth objectives. The role leads financial and commercial analysis, market assessments, business case development, and investment recommendations while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of financial models and feasibility studies for real estate developments, evaluating investment opportunities across local and international markets.

• Assess land acquisitions and alternative deal structures, conducting valuation, profitability, cash flow, and return analysis to support investment decisions.

• Monitor project performance through forecasting and actualization of sales, collections, inventory, construction budgets, master plans, P&L, and cash flows.

• Perform market research, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to optimize pricing, product mix, financing requirements, margins, and overall project returns.

• Support strategic planning and executive decision-making by preparing business plans, investment committee materials, board presentations, and actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with Development, Sales, Marketing and FP&A.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.

Work Experience: of experience in real estate investment, investment analysis, or corporate finance, Experience within a real estate developer is highly preferred.

PC Knowledge:

Technical skills: Proven experience in financial modeling, feasibility studies, and investment evaluation
