Job Summary:

The Construction Section Head is responsible for managing the ongoing fit-out packages, as well as the fit-out packages to be awarded within the current and upcoming year, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with project timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing fit-out packages across assigned projects.

• Oversee fit-out packages to be awarded within the current and upcoming year.

• Ensure proper execution of fit-out activities in line with project requirements and timelines.

• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Arch).

• 6 - 10 Years of Experience.

• Proven experience in construction and fit-out projects.

• Strong project coordination and management skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
